15.00 uur opening exhibition Sideways by philosopher Tina Rahimy, presentation of Sideways. Reflections on Changing Contexts of Art
In 2007 the Fund BKVB initiated the programme ‘commissioners for cultural diversity’. The exhibition Sideways is the capstone of six projects that were realized so far. With its publication 6(0) Ways the Fund BKVB reflects on the programme, that was aimed to stir up the debate about art and cultural diversity, and to stimulate adventurous and inquisitive attitudes of artists in particular.
At 3.30 a.m. the opening of the exhibition ‘Fiona Tan. Disorient and other Works’ will take place in MMKA.
